Buying Tickets If tickets are available, you can get them through our website, Ticketmaster or by stopping by the venue Box Office. Visit Ticketmaster: www.ticketmaster.co.uk
The venue Box Office opens from 4pm until 6pm, and from 6.30pm until 9.30pm, on show days ONLY.
Tickets are also available from O2 Academy Islington (12pm – 4pm Monday – Saturday) and O2 Academy Brixton (open from 2 hours before doors on show days only).
There’s a £1 booking fee for cash sales and £1.50 booking fee for card sales.
BEWARE OF SECONDARY TICKETING (Touts, eBay, Seatwave, GetMeIn, Viagogo, Stubhub etc). Fraudulent tickets such as cancelled & duplicated tickets can be sold on the secondary ticketing market. The venue is unable to help with ticketing problems unless tickets are purchased with authorized ticketing agents.

O2 Empire customers receive 3 courses from the a la carte menu for £15 upon showing their ticket for that evenings show.

Our lovely new next door neighbours.Pop up diner every day until 10pm. 2-4-1 burgers on Tuesdays and a roast on Sunday – can’t go wrong!

According to Time Out, “You won’t find a pub much better than this west of Soho”. And frankly it’s hard to disagree.

Needless to say, we have McDonalds and KFC. There’s also a Wetherspoons (in the West 12 shopping centre opposite central line station).

The Post Office and Barclay’s Bank is just a few doors down from us and there are plenty of banks / cashpoints around the Green.

Where to get a night bus from
There are bus stops right outside the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, and along the north side of the Green. Please check with TfL for the right stop for your destination.

We have a lot of nice hotels in the area, so if you are coming from outside of London or even abroad or just want to have a big night out with some drinks, why not stay in one of them.
The Dorsett, Hotel Ibis & K West Hotel & Spa are some of the better known hotels, but there is also some lovely rooms in the few independent hotels nearby such as the Grantly Hotel (50-51 Shepherd’s Bush Green, London W12 8PS – 020 8743 4345)

Firstly, the Westfield Shopping Centre is literally a few minutes away. If you have some time to spare before doors open, we recommend a shopping spree (although don’t go too crazy, you’ve got to carry those bags all night!)
