FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Gearing up for their second full concert season, ACM Outdoor Venue of the Year nominee and 2022 Governor’s Environmental Stewardship Award recipient FirstBank Amphitheater announces their 2023 season lineup. Kicking off tomorrow, April 30 with Steve Miller Band, the season will include tour stops from two-time GRAMMY Award winner Kenny Loggins for his final tour, veteran rock band Godsmack, Australian pop rock band 5 Seconds of Summer and 12-time GRAMMY Award winning country music legend Willie Nelson & Family as part of his Outlaw Music Festival Tour. The ultimate “Music City in the Country®” destination, FirstBank Amphitheater is a world-class boutique amphitheater, sitting on a sprawling 150 acres at the Graystone Quarry in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee. After discovering the property on Google Earth from their home in San Jose, California, husband and wife Rick and Nancy McEachern became enthralled by the potential the location held. The land, which was abandoned at the time, served as a dump for the area and originally housed over an estimated 900 tons of trash. After undergoing an extensive restoration and beautification, recycling and repurposing nearly all the trash on the property, the McEacherns built the amphitheater within the rock quarry. The result: an intimate, natural landscape and a proudly plastic-free venue.
Recognized in 2022 as a Governor’s Environmental Stewardship Award recipient for their “exceptional voluntary actions that improve or protect the environment and natural resources with projects or initiatives not required by law,” FirstBank Amphitheater continues to stand apart from other venues for its beauty, innovation and amenities offered.
Visiting guests never face added parking costs, with onsite parking included in their ticket purchase, and receive top-notch, quality dining options. With an executive chef on-location, fresh food is always available with a variety of dietary choices – including vegan and vegetarian options – available to fit every need.
