Rocky Bentley

Born in Detroit, Motown artists like Stevie Wonder, and The Jackson Five were huge influences on this young kid. Later, homegrown Rock and Roll heroes like Iggy & The Stooges, The MC5, Bob Seger, Alice Cooper and Ted Nugent were to be shapers of Rocky’s musical direction. As front-man for Tampa Bay metal legends, Visigoth (a.k.a. Charade, Mr. Slate), Rocky gained a reputation as a solid performer and song-writer. During the height of the Tampa metal scene, the band found themselves playing shows with Savatage, Nasty Savage, Morbid Angel and Suicidal Tendencies to name a few. As the visionary behind his original alt-rock band, Rockstarr Bentley, Rocky has shared stages with bands like Saliva, Anvil, members of Savatge and Guns N Roses. Rock has jammed with Blues greats, Bo Diddley, B.B. King and Willie Dixon and has written hundreds of songs. Don’t miss this one of a kind performer!
