On April 4, 2024 the DNA Lounge in San Francisco, California hosted Bestial Mouths, SINE and I Speak Machine on Holy Trinity Tour. The event was above the DNA is a smallish room with a stage and it sets the mood perfectly.
Bestial Mouths was up first. They played throughout their set like they were on a mission. Bestial Mouths set consisted of about 7 songs of eerie synapse-driven music. Their songs really set the pace to what was to come for the rest of the night. The style and presence on the stage were stellar and the performance met up with that perfectly.

SINE was the main act I was here to see. Rona Rougeheart was entertaining and energetic coming out into theater the with a mask decorated in rhinestones and red paint, she was really into it. The second song “Need To Bleed” was more dramatic yet, soothing at the same time. Rougeheart also played a cover by The Glove, “Sex by Makeup” which was just amazing. The highlight though was the next song, when Curse Mackey joined her on stage for “From Beyond”, it was a highlight of the set. They sounded so good together and had great chemistry on stage. Again, the set was short and the crowd felt it ended too quickly.
Band Members:

Sonny Sanchez – Drums/Programming
I Speak Machine was finally up and Tara Busch, an experienced performer was set on kill for the night. Threatening a bloody nose at the beginning of the set, she managed to stave off the bloody nose and shred the tunes. The third song “Santa Monica” had the crowd going wild. She blasted throughout her set, and rocked the tunes in her catalog. Curse Mackey again stepped in for the last one, belting out vocals. I Speak Machine was the soundtrack of the evening and it was pure heaven. Busch played about 8 songs and the the audience would have loved more. This was an awesome set and well put together. If you weren’t there, you missed out on a great show.

Photographer of about 10 years, I have been shooting concerts for about 8 of those years. I started to get serious about concert photography about 6 or 7 years ago and now try to shoot as many as I can. I shoot mostly rock but, have done some country and big band stuff. I love music and since I am nowhere close to being a musician, this is a way I can be a small part of what, in the words of Henry Rollins, “gets me through the highs, the lows and everything in between”.
