Britt Lightning has been the guitarist for Vixen for nearly 10 years now. She has done sessions and performances for pop acts like Jason Derulo, Rachel Platten, and Demi Lavato. She has played some of the largest stadiums in the world with Latin superstar Alejandro Sanz. Britt also holds a music business degree and she is also the artistic director for Rock And Roll Fantasy Camp.
Tommy London is the voice that drives with you to work. He has been an on-air personality on a few SiriusXM Radio channels such as Hair Nation and Ozzy’s Boneyard for more than 7 years now. Tommy has been the frontman for New York City East Village legends The Dirty Pearls, opening huge shows for acts like KISS and Motley Crue. He has also had a solo career, releasing the album Emotional Fuse in 2023. Britt & Tommy have now joined forces to form The Jetsetters. Their first single, “Above The Noise,” jumped onto the charts and the video for the song became the #1 Rock Video on Apple Music.
In this interview, they discuss “Above The Noise” and what’s in store for the future. We talk about Britt’s gig as part of William Shatner‘s band (The *uckers), Tommy’s work as a solo artist, what they have planned for the stage, and we even talk about Britt’s career as a flight attendant!

Hello everyone! My name is Scott Itter, but some know me as Dr. Music. I am a music journalist and photographer out of the Chicagoland area, and I have been in practice for over 20 years. I grew up in the 70’s with two big brothers that showed me all kinds of rock and roll. As I grew older I ventured out into different genres like jazz, funk, folk, and whatever else I could wrap my ears around. As I read every liner note and every Circus and Hit Parader like they were the Old and New Testament, I came to realize that I just love sound and appreciate all the people that create it.
I later became a stay-at-home dad and started honing my writing and photography skills to keep my mind from turning into mashed peas. My kids are now adults, my mind is only slightly mushy, and I am thrilled to have the honor of presenting my work to you!
