On July 9, 2026, the third annual Bon Scott Birthday Bash will take place at New York City’s Cutting Room. The entire night will be a celebration of the late AC/DC singer’s life and career with the Australian native band. This event is the only U.S. tribute event authorized by the Scott Estate.
The event will feature a star-studded lineup of guests like Corey Glover of Living Colour, Constantine Maroulis, Steve Brown of Trixter, and Jimmy Kunes of Cactus. Also, the legendary rock radio personality Terrie Carr will host the event. The show will also feature a Morrison Hotel Gallery pop-up showcasing never-before-seen images of Scott by legendary rock photographer Steve Joester.
Before the show, Glover sat down with All Music Magazine’s Mike Singer to discuss the event. They also talked about Living Colour’s involvement with WWE Wrestler CM Punk and the band playing NPR’s Tiny Desk.
