Known to most as Tre Stafford, the original and current Adelitas Way drummer & contributing songwriter, ELEV8D dropped his highly anticipated debut single “Flowin’ Like a River” July 23rd on all major music and social media platforms.
Stafford is certainly no rookie. With 12 years of mainstream music experience, three #1 charting singles, he continues to tour. “Flowin Like a River” is inspired by his world travels, where he immersed himself in a variety of music cultures and learned to play world instruments. These experiences were enlightening; they opened him up to a universal spiritual healing wisdom he wants to share with his fans.
ELEV8D, inspired by this enlightenment, is here to bring the frequency of love and “healing through music”, into the mainstream. “Flowin’ Like a River” features JTRUTHPA’s deep and inspirational lyrics, written to grab your attention from the first word. Supported by a beautiful symphony of motivational chords played by a church organ, they are then blended with a modern electronic sound and a hip hop beat. The uplifting result is meant to inspire the good in each of us; it reminds us that although evil is ever present and can be very tempting, we must not allow it take hold of our minds or hearts – we must stay elevated.
