Release Thicker Than Blood Music Video
Non-stop touring behind EXTREME’s rapturously received new album “SIX” has already seen the band crisscross the US as well as thrill audiences in Australia and Japan.
To set off this next leg of their journey in the UK and prepare fans for the Extreme live experience, the band share a new video for “THICKER THAN BLOOD,” filmed from a unique perspective.
“With the ‘Thicker Than Blood’ video we wanted to shoot a video that celebrates the 5th and most important member of the band. Our fans,” video co-director and Extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt explains.
“So we shot it from the fan’s point of view.”
Globe-spanning footage from California, Australia, and Japan shows just how intense the connection between band and fans can get in the live arena.
“No matter how great a band believes they are,” Nuno continues, “you cannot achieve your dreams of touring the world and doing what you love most, performing, without your fans. It’s the most important relationship in our career.”

“No Presents for Christmas” Reissued On Vinyl In New Colours – OUT NOW!

Christmas time is here again! King Diamond’s No Presents for Christmas was originally released in 1985 and now Metal Blade Records is reissuing this 2-track classic on vinyl, just in time for Black Friday. No Presents for Christmas features new cover art and is available worldwide in two new vinyl colors. Side 1 features the title track, “No Presents for Christmas” and Side 2 features “Charon” (from “Fatal Portrait”). In honor of the release, the band has also worked with their US merch company to offer a lithograph signed by King Diamond himself.

Here’s what King had to say: “We are very happy to make No Presents for Christmas available on vinyl again, and with a brand new cover! Livia worked on the glass mansion on the cover – it’s a mansion she designed that I just loved and said we must use this for something! The cover came out exactly how we wanted it to, and it looks like something you would find in the Christmas albums aisle alongside Frank Sinatra. It has the Christmas feeling, but with something dark and sinister when you examine it more closely. I look like a ghost – the ghost of trying to destroy Christmas! This is the first King Diamond song that was ever released and was originally performed live back in December of 1985, it’s very special to us and we hope you enjoy No Presents for Christmas as much as we do!”

Fans worldwide can find the vinyl at

Release new single “Come Undone” off upcoming studio album “Stand United”, out March 1

Hard rock power metal titans FIREWIND, who just recently announced their brand new studio offering, entitled Stand United, for a release on March 1, 2024 via AFM Records, have revealed a brand new single, Come Undone.

Following “Salvation Day”, the previously-released, first track taken off the band’s forthcoming offering, now, FIREWIND have shared a lyric video for their new, powerful singe “Come Undone”
The video clip for the new FIREWIND single, “Come Undone”, is now streaming here:

Since more than twenty years, FIREWIND enthrall heavy music fans with their exciting blend of hard rock and power metal. Razor-sharp riffs by guitar legend Gus G (Ozzy Osbourne, Arch Enemy, Dream Evil), big hooks and solos meet the incredible vocal skills of charismatic singer Herbie Langhans (Avantasia, Radiant, Seventh Avenue, amongst others), who joined the band in 2019.

Stand United, features nine brand new songs produced with Dennis Ward (Magnum, Unisonic), as well as a cover of the 80s pop rock classic ‘Talking in Your Sleep’, originally recorded by The Romantics but giving it a metal twist in the style of FIREWIND. Their forthcoming, tenth studio album also bears testament to the band’s sheer enthusiasm and lyrical topics that could not be more relevant. “I wouldn’t exactly call ‘Stand United’ a classic concept album, but the album title indicates what we’re about thematically,” explains Gus G, who has also contributed with more lyric ideas on this one than any album before. “This world seems to be getting more and more out of balance, what with environmental disasters, the pandemic, the wars currently raging all over the globe. In such times, it’s more important than ever for mankind to stand close together instead of fighting each other. That’s what ‘Stand United’ is about!”

Stand United will be available as CD, LP Vinyl, digital formats and highly collectable bundles including an autographed card

Following previously-released album appetizers such as “Disciples Of The Stars”, “Blazing Skies” and “New Generation”, today, METALITE are premiering a lyric video for their new single “Aurora!

“In the symphony of the cosmos, our song ‘Aurora’ seeks to dignify the celestial phenomena that illuminate the darkest corners of the north,” the band comments. “Like the Northern Lights, we weave a tapestry of classic Metalite style, infusing it with swirling energy and daring to explore new elements. Embrace the luminous journey as we celebrate the cosmic dance that brings light to even the most shadowed realms.”

In addition, their fourth album offering manifests the musicians’ amazing artistic development. METALITE‘s visionary sci-fi trip is told over sixteen multi-faceted songs that combine the quintet’s many strengths: powerful and at the same time delicate guitar riffs and solos, anthemic melodies courtesy of vocalist Erica Ohlsson, driving rhythms and cleverly positioned keyboard parts. Expedition One was produced by guitarist Edwin Premberg, and was mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen.
