Great White’s Mark Kendall Talks New Singer Andrew Freeman, Ex-Singer Jack Russell, Autobiography 6/2/2022

 

 

Mark Kendall is the original guitarist and key songwriter for long-running rock and roll band Great White. The band has sold over 10 million records, been nominated for a GRAMMY, and played to millions of fans around the world for 40 years. As Great White prepares to take the stage at Orange Loop Fest and many other dates throughout the year, they have just announced that Andrew Freeman (Last In Line, Offspring) is their new singer.

Mark takes us through the entire process of how and why Andrew freeman landed with the band. He talks about considering original Great White singer Jack Russell and original Pantera vocalist Terry Glaze. He talks about working with Alan Niven and Michael Wagener. He talks about doing more solo material. He discusses progress on his autobiography. He discusses his sobriety.
