RESIST & BITE has independently released their new single “Baptized by Fire.” The song is available on all major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube. It is the band’s first new release in 18 months.
Tommy Carroll, Program Director – WGRD in Grand Rapids states, “Resist & Bite have carved out their own identity with ‘Baptized By Fire’.”
The song features apocalyptic imagery fringed in hope, packed with guitar harmonies, shredding solos by both Tommy Skeoch and Steve Stokes, high energy drums, and a chorus of stacked harmonies. When asked about the meaning behind the song singer Nathan Utz states, “When you’re tired and just when you think you can’t take any more, there’s always something or someone there to help you through.”
On upcoming releases Stokes states, “We are working on a killer music video for “Baptized by Fire” and also working on 2 additional songs to come out later this year. We’ve already recorded them and just finishing them up now.”
“Baptized by Fire” was recorded at The Studio Nashville and Stokes Media, LLC in Nashville, Tennessee. It was mixed by Steve Stokes and Mastered by Anthony Focx. RESIST & BITE is a melodic hard rock band based out of Nashville.
