Steel Panther is on tour to celebrate 15 years of their debut album Feel The Steel. Low Speed Chase provided direct support. They played the House of Blues in downtown San Diego, California on August 20, 2025.
Low Speed Chase, out of Hollywood, opened the show. They are led by Dean Chrysler Cameron. They played songs from their 2023 album Expect Delays, as well as their new single “Surgeons”. They put on a decent show, although their genre of rock and roll did not match the glam metal sounds of the headliner. It may have been better to have a more animated opening act.

Steel Panther took the stage with their typical over-the-top flair and sense of humor. They enjoy crowd participation, bringing women on stage for several of their songs. The guys performed their usual shtick of self-deprecating jokes, often low-key insults of each other. They are all talented musicians who always sound great. The fans in attendance seemed to be OG fans who laughed and sang along to all of their hair metal parody songs.
