After years branded as The Highway Women, The newly branded ElectraQueens have revamped their sound and image. “Walk Away” is the first original song by the ElectraQueens. Their vocals and harmonies are more stunning than ever before as they quite literally walk away from everything we thought we knew about the group. Their new music video for “Walk Away” released today via VEVO.
While the former group celebrated country music, ElectraQueens celebrate many genres of music including country, rock, pop & R&B.

When we found Jenane, Alyssa, and Gabrielle, it was a seamless transition as the three group members brought a musical diversity beyond country music. This music video for ElectraQueens’ latest single, “Walk Away,” takes a simple but elegant direction to elevate an already phenomenal track to another level. The new lineup weaves their personal styles and exploit their intense level of talent and insane harmonies to other genre-based audiences. Viewers are presented with a simple yet classy visual with the main focus on the groups incredible vocal presentation and their seamless and natural blend of harmonies and powerful delivery.

Established in 2016 (Formerly The Highway Women), ElectraQueens is an all-female, cross genre-blending band like no other. The newly developed band featuring Jenane Dahl, Alyssa Scott, and Gabrielle Vaughn come into 2022 with new music featuring their incredible harmonies and inspiring vocals. While the former band members focused on country music, the new ladies will lead their fans through pop, R&B, and country blends.
They recently collaborated with The Bacon Brothers on an upcoming release and Kathy Sledge of “Sister Sledge” fame (both projects will release in 2022). While their backgrounds are different their blend is one of a kind. Jenane Dahl is a Georgia native, who made her way to Nashville and is a graduate of Belmont University. She is a pop/R&B singer and leads the group’s vocal arrangements. Gabrielle Vaughn hails from Ohio and is also a graduate of Belmont University. Vaughn’s music background is heavily influenced by Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse, and other pop/rock legends. Alyssa Scott is a Fargo, North Dakota transplant who calls Nashville home.
