Englewood, FL – If relaxing, having fun, enjoying good food and listening to great live music over the weekend ’The Plan’– we have exactly what you need at the 4th Annual Englewood Seafood & Music Festival in Dearborn Street Plaza. Dates are May 7-9, 2021. Fun and relaxation begins Friday evening 4pm-10pm and continues Saturday 11am-10pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. Admission is FREE! The event is produced by Paragon Festivals in association with Sarasota County and hosted by Life Realized.
Choose from a diverse menu of seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes all cooked fresh on site by local restaurants and food purveyors. Seafood dishes use only the freshest local and sustainable ocean resources from the Florida Gulf Coast. Select from a diversity of side dishes and of course – awesome desserts! Liquid refreshment includes selections of alcoholic, non alcoholic and fruit drinks along with sodas and bottled water.
While eating, sit back and relax to live on-stage musical performances by creative and talented musicians. Beginning Friday evening, performers include: the Sarasota Steel Pan Band (Caribbean, Jazz), North Jetty Allstars (Classic Rock, Yacht Rock, Blues), and Jack’d Up (Rock, Pop, Dance). Saturday enjoy performances by Mike Tozier (Blues, Rock, Variety), Kettle of Fish (Rock, Blues, Reggae), Brenda Watty & Her Peeps (Jazz, R&B, Motown), One Night Rodeo (Country, Southern Rock) and Damon Fowler (Blues). Close out the weekend listening to: Twinkle & Rock Soul Radio (Rock, Soul), Dr. Dave Band (Country Rock, Bluegrass) and Fleetwood Max (Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band). Please check back as the event nears to confirm performers and performance times.
During breaks between performances, enjoy time shopping a marketplace of fine arts, crafts, and select fine products and food items.
This is the plan – Plan A. All you need do is come and partake in the festivities, sit back and enjoy to the fullest! Remember: YOU are the most important ingredient.
