The new Baja-style eatery, formerly Concetta’s Café, is located at 1004 10th Avenue in Village of the Arts. Dave says the new restaurant will be a “museum of beach style,” reflecting his childhood in the area with walls decorated with colorful surf boards, skates and biking paraphernalia. Also, featuring live music!!
