We’re blending the spirit of Central Texas barbecue with the Sarasota lifestyle. It’s what we like to call… SRCue.
Authentic, central Texas style barbecue, that’s cooked “low and slow” in an offset, wood-fired J&R Manufacturing Oyler Smoker – lovingly known as “Big Red” and known as the most sought after smoker available.
Our pride and joy is our 18 hour USDA Prime Brisket, made the old school way with just wood and time. Full bar featuring whiskeys and tequilas and easy spaces to relax with family, friends and neighbors.
