The Charlotte County Fair Association, Inc. was incorporated through the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida on April 4, 1989. The primary purpose of the Association is to conduct and operate public fairs and expositions for the benefit and development of the educational, agriculture, horticulture, livestock and other resources of the state, or any county or counties of the state, as well as to carry out other matters and business in connection with fairs and expositions as defined in Chapter 616 of the Florida Statutes.
