TICKETS FOR THEIR UK 2024 TOUR ARE AVAILABLE HERE
Brògeal have released their brand-new self-titled EP, out today. The six-track collection features three previously released singles – the riotous ‘Girl From NYC’, the soaring ‘Fly Away’ and the barnstorming most recent single ‘Witchy Emerald Eyes’. The band have already been tipped by The Independent, So Young, Clash, Dork, The New Cue, Backseat Mafia, God Is In The TV and Tenement TV.
This EP distils everything that is great about this Scottish five-piece. Blending their love of traditional folk music with rock n roll and punk it’s a fiery, passionate set of songs that is set to propel Brògeal to the next level.
Brògeal recently finished a set of support dates with kindred spirits The Mary Wallopers, the second time they’ve toured with them and they followed this by playing an incredible, intense sold-out show at King Tut’s in Glasgow. Following their May Ireland dates they will be appearing at The Great Escape, a special one-off show in Camden’s Elephant Head pub, TRNSMT and they will be on the bill at The Wolfe Tones farewell show in Finsbury Park this summer. They have a headline tour booked for September, their biggest to date. All live dates are below –

The last twelve months has seen the band emerge as one of the best live bands in the UK. They started their own club night in Falkirk and this grew and grew, with bands from all over Scotland coming to play. Eventually they moved to Glasgow and have a now famous residency at McChuills that continues today. Alongside a heavy gig schedule across the country, support slots with The Mary Wallopers, The Lathums and Spector have seen Brògeal emerge as a thrilling proposition live whose reputation continues to blossom. Bringing folk, rock and indie fans together, they relish playing live, their chemistry and rousing anthems-in-waiting combine to create a communal atmosphere that captures hearts and minds everywhere they go.
