Debut single / video “Notre Dame Made out of Flesh” out today via Transgressive
Introducing UNIVERSITY, “like getting punched in the face by a gorilla but then being cuddled afterwards”.
“Notre Dame Made out of Flesh” is the first offering from the band, who are newly signed with Transgressive.
Speaking about the single, the band said, “Originally written on a casio keyboard while backpacking North sentinel Island, this rendition is a shameful recreation of a once prestigious and grand concerto.”
UNIVERSITY recently played standout shows at The Great Escape, Green Man, End Of The Road and Manchester Psych Festival. Catch them next at Left of the Dial (NL, 20-21st Oct) and Pitchfork Paris (FR, 11 Nov).
