NEW ALBUM ‘VOLCANO’ IS OUT NOW
Today, UK production duo Jungle have announced a major outdoor summer show headlining Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl on Thursday 11th July 2024.
Jungle released their eagerly anticipated fourth album ‘VOLCANO’ to critical acclaim alongside their first feature-length film ‘VOLCANO, The Motion Picture’ on 11th August. Their recent singles – ‘Candle Flame’, ‘Dominoes’, ‘I’ve Been In Love’ and ‘Back On 74’ – see the band using the exemplary musicianship and live instrumentation of their renowned live shows as the foundation for their forward-facing, hybrid of disco, soul and hip-hop. Resulting in 25 million streams so far, the four tracks have earned extensive ongoing support at Radio 1 as well as further key airplay spanning Radio 2, Radio 5, 6 Music, Apple Music 1 and Radio X.
Having also shared their new focus track ‘You Ain’t No Celebrity’ which features artist and legendary, influential UK rapper Roots Manuva, the song explores themes of fame, relationships, and personal identity.
With ‘VOLCANO’, Jungle have once again proven themselves to be one of the most exciting and innovative artists in electronic music. They continue to push the boundaries of their sound, creating an uplifting and free-spirited album, solidifying the duo’s status as one of the most important voices in contemporary music.
Renowned for their huge live shows, Jungle are excited to be heading to Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl next summer for a very special show. Tickets go on sale Friday 22nd September at 9:30am and will be available from www.gigsandtours.com / www.ticketmaster.co.uk
