REBOUND // SINGLE // 14 FEBRUARY
REBOUND UK TOUR // APRIL
MILLIE MANDERS AND THE SHUTUP have announced that their brand new single REBOUND will be released on 14 February to coincide with our fervent annual celebration of all things love and lust. Except on this occasion the message is for those who fell for the whispered words amidst the deceit, for those who belatedly discovered that they were in fact the rebound. An anti-Valentines song, if you will. An ode to toxic online dating.
As Millie explains: “Rebound reflects my experience with online dating, but most people I have spoken to have had similar and worse experiences with it. I wanted to write a song that was in solidarity with those on the receiving end of a rebound relationship and let them know they were never the problem.”
The video for REBOUND will be launched on release day.
