SAM FENDER

RELEASES NEW SINGLE ‘ARM’S LENGTH’

PEOPLE WATCHING LP RELEASED 21ST FEBRUARY 2025

NOMINATED FOR “ARTIST OF THE YEAR” + “BEST ALTERNATIVE/ROCK ACT” AT THE BRIT AWARDS 2025

Sam Fender is pleased to share a new single from his forthcoming third album, People Watching. Arm’s Length is streaming now – listen here. Describing the new single, Sam explains that Arm’s Length, “originally came from one of those magic moments where you’re just messing around, and a song literally falls out of the sky. It’s about being avoidant and flighty. But also, just a simple pop song, which I love”

It’s also a song that received a huge reaction from Sam’s fans on his sold-out UK/Ireland arena tour at the end of 2024, with its Fleetwood Mac inspired riff and widescreen, cinematic atmospherics. It’s the third track to be lifted from People Watching, following the release of its anthemic title-track and the reflective, “Wild Long Lie”. Now solidified as one of Britain’s most accomplished songwriters of his generation and the next, if Seventeen Going Under was Sam’s “coming of age” record, People Watching is his next step forward – colourful stories and observations of everyday characters living their everyday, but often extraordinary, lives.

Sam gears up for a sold-out tour of Europe in March, ahead of a Spring US tour. Back in the UK, stadium dates went on sale for next June, with three nights at Newcastle’s St. James Park selling out immediately. Fender’s biggest show to date at the London Stadium is down to its final tickets – on sale now via www.samfender.com. CMAT supports at all four shows, and The War on Drugs will play on 6th and 14th + 15th June. £1 from every ticket sold on the Stadium run will be donated to select cultural organisations such as Youth Music and Sunday for Sammy to support the arts in the North East of England.

ADRIAN LYLES

RELEASES NEW SINGLE ‘KING OF EVERYTHING’

Adrian Lyles doesn’t just make music about his life. Instead, his music actually reflects the ebb and flow of life itself.

Shifting styles without warning, guitar-driven alternative soundscapes mirror the unpredictability of each and every moment, while arrestingly catchy pop choruses capture a universal calling to communicate and connect. The Dallas-raised and Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and actor leans on over a decade of playing live and writing to channel unfiltered emotions and authentic experiences through a series of 2024 singles and his forthcoming album debut on Hollywood Records in 2025.

Of the track, Lyles states that “’King of Everything’ is my definition of self-reflection. The entire song is about constantly competing with yourself in everything you do, to a level that could become unhealthy.”

GOOD NEIGHBOURS

RELEASE NEW SINGLE ‘RIPPLE’

DEBUT SELF-TITLED EP OUT NOW

Following a blockbuster year in 2024, recently BRIT Rising Star-nominated Good Neighbours have returned to kick off 2025 with their latest offering ‘Ripple’. The song launched as Radio 1’s Hottest Record last night. Speaking on the track, the duo say “Ripple was written about a close friend going through grief. They felt overwhelmed by the feeling and would sink into themselves. This song is about pulling your loved ones out of that deep place.”.

To say 2024 was something of a whirlwind for Good Neighbours might be an understatement. ‘Home’, their debut single released in January of last year, has now amassed half a billion global streams since January 2024, officiating it as the most streamed debut single globally from a new artist in 2024. The track entered the singles charts in 13 countries – securing 15 consecutive weeks in the UK Top 40, 11 weeks in the Billboard Hot 100, and nearly 40 weeks on the Billboard’s Hot Rock Songs chart. The single also recently went platinum in the US, making it the only Platinum certification for an Alternative debut single released & certified in 2024.

Latest single Ripple follows a sold-out UK and European tour with GRAMMY-nominated Benson Boone in December, a range of accolades including VEVO naming Good Neighbours one of their VEVO DSCVR Artists To Watch for 2025, a shortlisting for a BRITS Rising Star, MTV Push UK 2025, and being added to BBC Sound Of 2025 longlist, as well as a Billboard Music Award nomination for Best Rock Duo/Group in the US. Most recently the duo have been honoured with a slew of picks as Ones To Watch in 2025, from the likes of Amazon Music, The Sunday Times, The Sunday Mirror, DIY Magazine, Dork Magazine, Clash Magazine, Sunday Express, Daily Mail, Daily Star and The Sun.

THE DARKNESS

‘ROCK AND ROLL PARTY COWBOY’ BRAND NEW SINGLE RELEASED

NEW ALBUM DREAMS ON TOAST OUT MARCH 28TH 2025 VIA COOKING VINYL

The Darkness have released their brand new single ‘Rock And Roll Party Cowboy’, the opening track of their forthcoming album Dreams On Toast out March 28th via Cooking Vinyl. Pre-order the album now here. The Darkness go hell for leather on the new single, channelling the sounds of hard rock legends such as ZZ Top, Motörhead and Judas Priest with searing solos, hell-raising vocals and a fist-pumpin’ rhythm section to create a tongue-in-cheek reflection on the hedonistic, macho music scene of the ‘70s and ‘80s.

Regarding the single, frontman Justin Hawkins says, “People recognise me as astronaut pirate movie star cool and that’s obviously accurate. What they may have overlooked though, is that I am also ROCK AND ROLL PARTY COWBOY cool… which is a good 15 percent cooler!!! I think you’ll recognise that in the first listen.” ‘Rock And Roll Party Cowboy’ is the third single to be taken from the forthcoming magnum opus Dreams On Toast and features a visualiser full of imagery shot at their intimate shows at London’s Rough Trade store in December. The track follows the self-deprecating glam punk rock of ‘I Hate Myself’ and jaunty pop genius of ‘The Longest Kiss’, showcasing the diversity and brilliance of the band’s eighth studio album.

Produced by Dan Hawkins, Dreams On Toast flawlessly captures The Darkness at their peak, celebrating their influences and strengthening their sound, while also embarking on avenues never before heard from the band. It’s an indisputably grand display from the inspired and passionate quartet. Destined to further cement The Darkness as one of Britain’s most important rock bands, Dreams On Toast finds Justin, Dan, Frankie and Rufus continuing to push boundaries. Over two decades deep into their multi-platinum, award-winning career, they offer up unexpected surprises to bedazzle and amaze fans once again in 2025.

ALESSIA CARA

GRAMMY® AWARD-WINNER RELEASES NEW SINGLE ‘SLOW MOTION’

NEW ALBUM LOVE & HYPERBOLE ARRIVES ON VALENTINE’S DAY FEBRUARY 14TH

Opening up once again without filter, GRAMMY® Award-winning superstar Alessia Cara unveils a new single entitled “Slow Motion”, taken from the new album Love & Hyperbole, out February 14, 2025. “Slow Motion” produced by Mike Elizondo and Jake Gosling arrives on the heels of the standout track, “(Isn’t It) Obvious,” which has already generated millions of streams and counting in addition to earning critical praise. Not to mention, she delivered a showstopping performance of the track on Good Morning America.

Love & Hyperbole showcases her evolution as a powerhouse vocalist, empathetic songwriter, and force of nature. Doubling down on the diary-like candor that’s always defined her music, Love & Hyperbole begins with the self-aware reflection of a fitting starting point to the album’s journey from isolation and inertia to open-hearted connection. To that end, single Dead Man, ruminates on past relationships that left an indelible mark on her heart, unfolding as a hypnotic piece of soul-pop whose gloriously frenzied horn section features famed trombonist Roy Agee (a longtime member of Prince’s live band). “I feel like I’ve learned a lot from dealing with situations where the other person wasn’t capable of giving their full self,” says Alessia, who co-wrote “Dead Man” with Elizondo.

Over the course of Love & Hyperbole’s 14 spellbinding tracks, Alessia muses on everything from the blissed-out infatuation of new romance (on “Slow Motion”) to the excruciating anxiety that often accompanies falling in love and about “worrying if the person I love is going to leave me, because I’m not used to things being so good in a relationship,” says Alessia. “As soon as I tapped into that concept, I had a much better understanding of what I wanted this album to be.” Rooted in her most powerful vocal work to date, Love & Hyperbole closes out with the passionately sprawling celebration of letting go and looking ahead. Alessia Cara has generated billions of streams, earned dozens of multi-platinum certifications around the world, and notably made history as “the first Canadian to win ‘Best New Artist’ at the GRAMMY® Awards.”
