Manchester band The Lottery Winners have released their latest track ‘Letter to Myself’, featuring Frank Turner, taken from their upcoming new album ‘Anxiety Replacement Therapy’ out 28^th April on Modern Sky UK.

The song premiered with an exclusive chat between Lottery Winners frontman Thom Rylance and Frank Turner on The Big Issue’s website yesterday, which also appears in print in this week’s magazine. It comes as part of the magazine’s regular ‘Letter to Myself’ feature, which the track draws upon the same themes of; a reassuring note to past selves, along with a rousing, anthemic chorus.

Anxiety Replacement Therapy’ also features collaborations with Boy George, and Shaun Ryder. Frontman and Thom Rylance spoke to NME about how these collaborations came about.  The band also unveiled the album with an inventive nostalgia-soaked Art Attack parody.

The track follows on from the release of the first single from the album ‘Worry’, the Shaun Ryder collaboration ‘Money’, and the Boy George collaboration ‘Let Me Down’

The Lottery Winners tour through April and May, with festival dates throughout the summer including Neighborhood Weekender in Manchester in May. Full dates and tickets are available from TheLotteryWinners.co.uk

‘Anxiety Replacement Therapy’ is the follow-up to 2021’s ‘Something To Leave The House For’ which placed at No.11 in the Album Charts, and saw the band garner support across the board at Radio 1, Radio 2, 6 Music, Radio X, Virgin, XS and Amazing Radio.

2022 saw the band take their live reputation Stateside for sold out shows across the pond as well as in the UK, along with main stage festival slots, all climaxing with a homecoming Christmas at Manchester Albert Hall, with 1,800 tickets selling out in just 10 hours. ‘Anxiety Replacement Therapy’ is certain to bring more people into The Lottery Winners’ welcoming embrace.
