The Vamps new mini-album
‘Meet The Vamps ReVamped’
A mini-album of six reimagined tracks from The Vamps debut album ‘Meet The Vamps’ to celebrate its 10th anniversary
Released 20 September
With The Vamps ‘Meet The Vamps Anniversary Tour’ selling out in less than an hour and the tour starting this weekend (Saturday 7 September) in York, the band are excited to announce that they will be releasing a mini-album ‘Meet The Vamps ReVamped’.
To be released on 20 September, the album ‘Meet The Vamps Revamped’ will be the six singles taken from the debut album re-recorded and reimagined ten years on from its original release. Brad, Connor, James and Tristan got together in the rural countryside and have re-worked and re-recorded ‘Meet The Vamps’. Ten years older, it’s their new take on the album that catapulted them to stardom.
The band said – “We are so excited for the fans to hear these re recordings, this was the album that started it all for us and songs that are very close to our hearts but they have evolved a lot over the past ten years so it was amazing to go back in and recapture the energy through our eyes now having toured for ten years “
Having already released ‘Somebody To You (ReVamped)’, ’Last Night (ReVamped)’ and ‘Oh Cecilia [Breaking My Heart] (ReVamped)‘, the album can be pre-saved here and will also include ‘We Can Dance (ReVamped)’, Wild Heart (ReVamped)’ and ‘Risk It All (ReVamped)’.
There are limited tickets remaining for two of the extra shows added to the tour – London Eventim Apollo on Sunday 22 September and Manchester Academy on Friday 27 September – get tickets now from https://www.aegpresents.co.uk/event/the-vamps/
