Dubbed by press as one of the best, biggest and most creative rock bands in the world; Sheffield based Bring Me The Horizon today announce a very special one off festival experience that will take place in Malta across an action packed weekend next May. The event in conjunction with Pollen, takes place in what is shaping up to be another stratospheric year for the band.
The 4 day and 4 night experience, featuring a handpicked lineup curated by the band, boasts pool party takeovers, boat parties, a full live show and an exclusive retrospective set from the band alongside a host of club nights.
Oli adds “We’re buzzing to be hosting a Bring Me The Horizon themed Festival in Malta next year, coming up with as much madness as you’d expect from a fully metal, rock festival. As well as our headline set we’re also going to be doing a special throwback set with some songs we haven’t played for years, and have an insane line up of friends and guests coming out to perform too. It’s basically going to be the greatest weekend ever“.
With a capacity of 4,500, this is an opportunity to witness the band and guests in a truly intimate and unique island setting; a once in a lifetime front row experience. Between sold out arena tours and a Number 1 record, the band is heavily involved in curating this special experience for fans. From the handpicked lineup, to the carefully crafted itinerary, every aspect of the experience has the stamp of an authentic Bring Me The Horizon project.
The band recently completed a sold out UK Arena tour, which received glowing reviews in NME, The Guardian and Daily Telegraph to name a few. They also celebrated a UK Number 1 with their EP ‘POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR’ which has been streamed over 450M times and sold over 300K globally and showcased the bands incredible drive to explore and push their own creative boundaries despite the limitations of the global pandemic. The EP became one of their most intricate, varied pieces of music thus far and scored them critical acclaim. The four singles alone from ‘POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR’ racked up over 250 million streams across platforms to date.
