Ten Tonnes announces new live dates for December 2023!
Ten Tonnes announces new live dates for December 2023, including headline shows at Gorilla, Manchester on Wednesday 13th December and OMEARA, London on Saturday 16th December. Tickets for all dates go on sale at 10am on Friday 4th August, here.
Since releasing his self-titled debut album via Warner Bros, Ten Tonnes – aka Ethan Barnett – has undergone a multitude of changes both in his life and in his music. The four years between the debut record and its follow-up, served as a recalibration for the songwriter. He went independent, moved out of London, started therapy, focused on the introverted part of his brain, and has returned with a mature and majestic second album about reflection, growing up and carving a different path for himself.
Mixed by acclaimed engineer Jag Jago (The Maccabees, The Magic Gang, Matt Maltese), the indie maestro’s clear progression is showcased throughout his new material, as he seeks to build on previous plaudits across the broadsheets (The Guardian, The Times), key indie champions (NME, DIY, Dork, The Line Of Best Fit, Gigwise), and countless plays on the BBC and Radio X airwaves (Annie Mac, Jack Saunders, Jo Whiley).
